I suppose there was a reason(s) why this hotel is 19 out of 19 in Chatel plus the fact that it is not even marked on the plan of the village given out by the Tourist Office. No hot water the first morning, only one towel, no soap, an outside door that is not locked, an over-priced breakfast (15 euros). The proprietor/manager seemed perfectly amiable and I had a pleasant chat with him at breakfast but it's hard not to wonder why he would choose this metier, given the above.

Arrivés 45’ après la limite, en ayant malgré tout prévenus que nous serions hors connexion avant l’arrivée (Suisse), le patron a été franchement rejetant dans ses propos au téléphone, n’a pas eu le moindre égard à ce qui aurait pu nous arriver, aurait pu indiquer par mail où était la clef… bref ce monsieur ne semble par avoir envie de travailler avec des clients, c’est très regrettable.

UN DÉSASTRE Éclaté cet hôtel. Réservé chambre double avec balcon, je me retrouve dans une chambre ou plutôt un cagibi. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée ainsi que les sanitaires. Pas possible de prendre de douche, poils et autres saletés dans le bac à douche. Le mec me sort que c'est la faute de *********** Hotel dit sécurisé mais pas de clé ni de code pour rentrer dans l'hôtel ainsi qu'au local à ski. Pas vue ses soit disant caméras ni les soit disant détecteurs de fumée. A mon avis un gros problème de normes surtout quand un lustre tient par les fils électrique. Je suis parti le premier matin alors que j'avais réservé 4 nuits.

Cet hôtel a un rapport qualité/prix tout à fait honnête. Le petit déjeuner avec la baguette fraîche, fromages etc.. a été une excellente surprise. Pour ce qui est de l'hôtel, il a le charme du passé et reste correct. Le personnel présent est sympathique, arrangeant.

Bonjour, Rapport qualité prix très bon, personnel agréable et attentionné ça fait plaisir ! Le gérant a su satisfaire toutes nos requêtes. 4/5 car les chambres ont besoins d'un petit coup de jeune. Hôtel très bien situé. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour ski à chatel.

Je n’ai jamais vus sa de ma vie encore, les murs ont dirait des cartons empilés tellement on entend les voisins, sans compter qu’ils ont fait la fête jusqu’à 2h du mat ! Chaque porte qui est ouverte le matin dans l’hôtel ont dorait que ç est la nôtre tellement c’est mal isolé ! Dormis 4h de la nuit, super quand on vien pour se reposer. Et la décoration des annee 70 faudrait penser à la revoir, il serait tant. Super déception, on ne reviendra jamais jamais ici 👎🏼👎🏼
