J'ai payé deux fois, j'ai fait la réservation sur le site et je n'ai pas pu accéder à la réservation, dans laquelle j'ai dû entrer dans la machine pour faire une nouvelle réservation, la chambre était magnifique, les draps étaient jaunes et il y avait des mèches de cheveux , j'ai dormi avec des démangeaisons toute la nuit, le matin pour aller aux toilettes le bouton était cassé, donc je ne l'ai pas utilisé, il y avait un animal dangereux par terre et j'ai dû le tuer

J’ai été débité 2 fois pour la même chambre et quand nous avons visité la chambre la salle de bain nous a accueilli avec un cafard et des cheveux sur l’oreiller. Donc nous avons décidé de quitter l’hôtel mais ils ont pas voulu nous rembourser sur place en nous promettant de nous rembourser via un virement. Toujours rien reçu et pas de réponse via mail.. FUYEZ!!!!
