Didn’t find the hotel as clean as in the past. There are renovations happening so backnparking lot had dumpster bins and tractor trailers parked - our view for our stay

Was given the wrong room when we arrived. We booked the hotel for the pool and the pool was closed for maintenance. The front desk also wouldn’t offer any discount for this.

everything was good but i was there for my mothers funeral and others who paid at hotel got a bereivment discount and i did not since i paid epedia directly

This hotel is under construction and there is noise during the day.
The top floors are being changed to extended stay so they will be updated. The whole hotel could use an update.
We got there and couldn't check in because the system was down.
Staff was very friendly, but it is very low frills.

The suite was very clean and remarkably spacious. Excellent customer service, both at front desk and from the breakfast servers. Love that there is a dedicated gluten free breakfast bar! We will stay again.
