Called for 3 days trying to make reservation for our 25th wedding anniversary that originally was celebrated there, wedding, reception and stay. Never got a return call Still stayed but had to book through 3 rd party They just didn’t seem to care. Had hoped to have a special day but as it turned out was just a night away from home.

The Madison Hotel is a wonderful property. Even though you feel like you're stepping back in time with the elegance and glamour of the building, every amenity is state of the art. My room was lovely and large and had great air conditioning. I stay at a lot of international hotel chains so this was a real breath of fresh air for charm.

Always a great stay!! Super clean & lovely staff! Check-in was a breeze. The gentleman that helped us is often there and he's so nice. The staff at the restaurant are top notch. We enjoyed some tunes from their piano player, an appetizer from the kitchen and great drinks from the bartenders (especially Mark). I highly recommend this hotel!!

Room was clean. Beds were clean. Bathroom was nice. HVAC didn’t work. Loud with two weddings and the train honking. Parking lot is tired. Breakfast is good.

I highly recommend! Historical property with great prices and beautiful, renovated rooms. Staff was excellent from housekeeping, front desk, happy hour host, and both restaurants. The food was excellent at both restaurants, and they offer room service. A shuttle was arranged for the business meetings and the driver was very accommodating and flexible. We will return for pleasure! This is a historical, family-owned legacy that I truly enjoyed.
