J'ai loué 2 chambres, 2 nuits non remboursables
Je reçois un mail me disant qu'il n'y a plus de chambres dispo
Et on me rembourse 1 seule !
C'est du vol pur et simple !

Super Hotel bien insonorisé, surveillance la nuit et literie très bien et petits déjeuners bien également, pour 1 nuit à EPERNAY, nous reviendrons l'année prochaine, personnel très accueillant et gentil

This is a VERY basic hotel. Literally just sleep here. Yes it’s clean but our bathroom still smelt. The lady on the reception desk was lovely and very helpful.

Nous étions partis passer une journée en champagne et avons décidé d’y dormir à l’improviste et honnêtement, cet hôtel a fait le job! Accueil charmant malgré l’heure tardive (minuit), chambre propre et silencieuse, excellente literie, petit déjeuner agréable… le tout pour 65€ pour deux… que demander de plus?

The hotel is ok. We were looking to break up the journey back to the UK so needed somewhere to stay for the night and this hotel was cheap for two of us for one night. When we arrived we went up to our room but it hadn't been cleaned yet. The receptionist was helpful though and moved us to another room. The hotel is basic and the room/bathroom quite small but was clean enough. The town is a 10 minute walk and has a McDonalds and Burger King very close by. For a short stopover it is fine.
