I booked a deluxe room. The room I was given was next to the utility room on the ground floor. It was damp and cold, and the noise was loud. The exhaust fan in the bathroom made a scary sound. The balcony was the passage outside. It looked very unsafe. When I asked to change, the boss said there was no room available. ! The geographical location shows that it is 360 meters away from Chatswood, but it is actually at least 1000 meters away, and you have to take the overpass! Not cost-effective!

I was mistakenly booked in for an earlier date, but the receptionist kindly fixed up even if I did not turn up on the date booked. I wasn't expecting much from this budget booking, but it had more than I expected for the price. Compact, good location, cozy and quiet + 2 bottles of compliment water
