The room is older and the service is okay. The location is good, close to the train station and subway entrance. There are many places to eat nearby. The price is relatively cheap. I will consider staying here next time

It is very convenient to travel. There is a parking lot at the door and it takes 3 minutes to walk to the rail transit. The room is as shown in the picture. It is comfortable for a family to live in. The room has a large balcony with a wide view. There are many choices for eating and drinking downstairs.
The windows need to be repaired. There was a strong wind at night and the windows were banged all night. I couldn’t repair them and I couldn’t avoid them. I was very devastated.

Very near Chatswood train station. Easy accessible to get around. Lots of eateries and cafes. Shopping malls as well. We have booked a room with 2 bedrooms for 5 of us. Spacious for us. 1 room with big bed and another with twin bed plus a big sofa bed. This room is good for family.
Able to see sun rise from the balcony. Hotel staff was friendly and polite. Will definitely book this place when we are back to Sydney. Thank you

The room is good. Although there was a small episode of check-in, Ctrip quickly resolved it. It is very comfortable to settle in. Next week will be Chatswood Commercial Street and the train station, which is super convenient

We travelled with my son and his children so two bedroom apartment with extra bed in living room was great. The staff was efficient and friendly and the location was the best, close to train station and shops. The kids enjoyed the pool and everything was clean and fresh.
