very bad experience living in this hotel, the attitude of the front desk staff is very impolite, will never stay in this hotel again.

Superb location. just 1 min from the mall. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking (costs AUD25) is also very convenient. House keeping deserves Kudos! Did not try the restaurant at the hotel (there are plenty of choices nearby). After staying in the 2 popular hotels in Chatswood area, we can conclude Silkari is definitely the better one.

Good location, easy parking, 24 hour reception and friendly staffs.. There is room to improve in cleanliness but not a deal breaker.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair on bed runner from previous guest. There was floss on bathroom floor. The TV remote was very dirty. Overall , cleanliness was an issue and made our stay unpleasant.

It was a really pleasant stay. Was up in Sydney this Christmas to attend some stuff. Was able to have a quiet and enjoyable stay in the hotel. Location was wonderful, close to all the shop. The layout of the apartment was great, plenty of space for a solo traveller. The balcony was handy as usual. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommended, would stay again in the future.

We stayed a week in silkari. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is great, there are a variety of restaurants to choose and also takeaway.

Except for a tall girl who was very enthusiastic, I didn't see anyone with a good service attitude at their front desk. Everyone had a stern face, especially the fat girl, who made things difficult for me. My room was obviously extended, but the room card didn't work for two consecutive days! The shower gel ran out and no one replaced it after several days of calling. There was no service at all!
