Stayed for two consecutive days and the room was not cleaned
Breakfast is just eggs and bread
The black aunt is racist and has a very bad attitude, but she didn’t care about it because she wanted to catch an early flight.
There are better hotels in front and behind this hotel

Comfortable room. Paid for 2 breakfasts to be included in the booking but still had to pay for them as extra. Good location and value for the hotel, just need to be more clear on what's included in room at time of booking to make sure it's actually included.

I was pleasantly surprised by the property since the Double Tree downtown Chattanooga is awful. The woman who checked me in on Saturday 1/6/24 at around 6pm was excellent. I asked her about restaurants and she told me their was a restaurant onsite, I was skeptical, but very pleased with the meal and service. I highly recommend this Double Tree.

Great staff at this location! They noticed we had multiple people on our trip and handed us extra blankets as we checked in. Rooms are very spacious and the modern decor is clean and comfortable.
