The lobby is open to the outdoors, the front deck team was very friendly and the rooftop lounge was fantastic. However, our room, while clean and well appointed, had a fainting couch that was faded and looked dirty. Our room smelled moldy or musty each time we walked in, because they have the thermostats that are motion activated, and turn off when you leave. The bigger deal was that my car came up from valet with a flat tire and I had to really really push the valet manager to have him take responsibility and get it fixed. To his credit he eventually put a new tire in the car at no cost to me, but then the next day when I tried to thank him he was very insulting to me. He really Too our interaction personally when it was only that, a transaction where he had to of these take care of the guest. I’d go back, but take a higher floor and figure out where to self park.
