Great hotel to stay in on our trip from Michigan to Florida its always friendly and very welcoming and clean,its our 1/2 way point and very convenient off of I-75

The high rating that this hotel has is deserved. They are in the process of renovating the rooms. We did not get a renovated room, but a family member did. The renovated room was very nice. But in all fairness our room was nice too. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The public areas of the hotel were nicely decorated. I told a family member that the public restroom was one of the nicest I have ever seen and very clean. The free breakfast was great. It included made to order omelets, potatoes, sausage, bacon, grits, fruit, pancakes, French toast, cereal, coffee, juice and more. The evening reception was well done. It included alcoholic drinks and light snacks such as cheese, crackers, dip, veggies, and hummus. The staff was outstanding. They included Sasha at the front desk and Ms. Barbara in the dining area. Both did everything they could to make our stay a great one. I look forward to returning to this hotel the next time I visit Chattanooga.

Hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was served too late for us to enjoy in order to resume our trip. The area was rather dirty and didn’t feel particularly safe.

The Breakfast was not impressive in the least. Normally the Embassy has a great breakfast but they only had instant coffee out of a machine that was horrible and they did not have the buffet for the hot food and made you wait in line just like the made to order section.

The property was beautiful and the breakfast far surpassed the usual “continental breakfast “ at most hotels.
