We had a long stay for business at this property. Pros are spacious room with large sofa. Large new TV with Netflix access. Great location downtown near river with a nice outdoor area. Cons: - This property is close to a few popular children’s attractions so it attracts a lot of families which means it can be very noisy. There were also a lot of noisy pets. This makes it less desirable for business. - NO variation in breakfast offerings which makes it less desirable for long stays. Marriott also got rid of evening social. - We don’t care for the sink being open to the bedroom.

The pool is still not very warm. There were also no biscuits and gravy on the breakfast buffet. The toaster worked great. The kitchen in the room was awesome. Got to heat up a whole ham and a couple of sides with no problem.

Loud over priced for the area and condition of hotel. The plumbing and rattling widows woke us up several times throughout the night.

The swimming pool was allegedly broken. I booked a room downtown with a pool for a reason.

We visited from Florida for about 4 days . The room was very clean, we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Beds were comfortable. We traveled with our dog so there was plenty of space for us all to spread out. The full kitchen and fire place are definitely a bonus. Breakfast was good but the coffee was never hot. The location is EXCELLENT! My only complaint is that the water in the shower gets luke warm at its hottest. The knob only turns half way so if you are hoping for a nice hot shower at the end of the day, don’t get your hopes up. However, We would definitely stay here again!
