We hosted our annual conference this year at the DoubleTree Downtown Chattanooga Hotel. We had several employees of the hotel who really made our conference great, including William, who made sure we had everything we needed from tables, chairs, food, and drinks. William Savoy was there when we arrived and stayed until after we left. He really made things run smoothly. We were also helped by Logan with our IT needs one of our conference days. He took note of our schedule, and was readily available to help us with everything we needed and he did it all with a smile and excellent service. We did have issues with the hotel running out of toilet paper. It was a real problem when you’re hosting a conference for 125 people. When we went to the front desk, they just apologized and said there were supply chain issues. We booked to have our conference here months ago, and they knew how many people would be here, and for how long. It was pretty inexcusable. This is our reason for only giving 4 stars.
