Visited the bar during my stay and bartender Jordan was incredible. She was so sweet and definitely made my stay here wonderful. Turns out we’re from the same hometown! Will definitely visit again, and I’ll be sure to visit my new friend again!

We hosted our annual conference this year at the DoubleTree Downtown Chattanooga Hotel. We had several employees of the hotel who really made our conference great, including William, who made sure we had everything we needed from tables, chairs, food, and drinks. William Savoy was there when we arrived and stayed until after we left. He really made things run smoothly. We were also helped by Logan with our IT needs one of our conference days. He took note of our schedule, and was readily available to help us with everything we needed and he did it all with a smile and excellent service. We did have issues with the hotel running out of toilet paper. It was a real problem when you’re hosting a conference for 125 people. When we went to the front desk, they just apologized and said there were supply chain issues. We booked to have our conference here months ago, and they knew how many people would be here, and for how long. It was pretty inexcusable. This is our reason for only giving 4 stars.

Brody’s service at the hotel bar was fantastic!!!! He was so sociable & polite and make me feel so welcome during my business trip!! I wanted to have just one drink and ended up having four! Loved loved loved my stay at this hotel! It has everything you need!

Staying at Doubletree Chattanooga was amazing! Cait at the front desk was outstanding, providing impeccable service. Plus, complimentary water bottles at your request and the best cookies in town made it even better! Highly recommend for a delightful stay!

Came by for Burger Week. They a amazing doughnut burger. We had an engaging and friendly server. My wife ordered the steak frites- beautiful cut of meat, pink in the center. Delicious. The drinks from the bar were top notch as well. Will definitely be back!

We ate dinner at The Grove Restaurant and had a great meal. Brody, our waiter, was fantastic. He was personable and attentive and took time to answer a few of our questions about the city They have a nice selection of beers and Brody helped my wife and me to choose just the right brews for our palates. The specialty burger was great as was the chicken breast sandwich. A real treat.

Brody gave us the best service at the grove in the hotel!!!! Fast service and well informed on the specials and the menu!!!!! We didn’t want for anything!!!! Definitely will be back!!!!! Such a great atmosphere and music as well!! Love it!!!

Ate the yummy "glazed and confused" donut for Chattanooga burger week. Best burger ever! Wish they would make it a permanent item on the menu.
