The staff was exceptional, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Definitely will stay there again.

The property was in a good location. Near all the attractions. The bad thing was one of the mattresses had a huge dip in the middle and was very uncomfortable. The other mattress was fine. I went to the front desk to see if they could switch the mattress and they pretty much told me my only option was to check out early and find a new hotel to stay at. I wish they would let me post pictures because from the pictures you can clearly see the dip. Also it seemed like no one worked the front desk no one was ever at the desk and also called a few times for some new towels and no one ever answered. If you stay there and stay in room 305 the mattress next to the window has a huge dip in the middle! Only one elevator worked.

It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend going to a full Marriott where you can get the full experience. It was very pricey for what you get. There should definitely be more amenities and more personal attention to the clientele It was way way way over crowded and oversold

Over all stay was not bad. Stayed 1 night while visiting the area. My family and I checked in late around 10 pm. Night clerk was not at the desk when we arrived. I had to was over 15 minutes for her to finally come from the back room, during which time another person entered trying to get a room. When the clerk finally came out she was short and rude with me. Just asked me reason for staying there my name on the reservations and then tossed the room key down on the counter with out saying another word. I have stayed in numerous hotels in past and have never experienced a clerk this rude before.

If I could leave a negative number I would. Stay at a motel 6 and you’lol get better service. They lie straight to your face and then make false accusations. Avoid this place like the plague …. It was a bad check in and has gotten worse … avoid this hell hole like the plague.

Nice rooms and facility. Staff is away from front desk a lot, so you have to wait for service. Calling front desk from your room you will not get an answer

My family and I stayed here one night. Pretty clean, good variety for breakfast and pool was warm. Overall, a great stay just pricey.

Having three kids , the indoor pool was a great! It was a little small but it got the job done . Breakfast included was amazing help and the staff was very helpful . Located on top of a mountain and the views were so pretty.
