Brightly lit and spacious room, we were assigned 407 and it has a connecting door to 409. View of the room is of the hotel front. In room has coffee/tea equipment, mini fridge. The closet door is a sliding door that is shared as the bathroom door. There is one switch to operate both lights in the bathroom, a bit of waste and too bright to be able to leave the bathroom light on as night light. And you can't really close the bathroom door to shut out some of the light since it's a frosted glass door that's opposite a floor length mirror, which reflects the light towards the beds. There is a desk lamp that has a dimmer switch, which we used as night light instead. The bathroom vanity takes up the entire length of the bathroom; it's one of the largest vanities I've seen in a hotel bathroom. And I really like the 2 shower heads in the shower. It's over a mile walk to the Walnut Street pedestrian bridge.

This hotel was very nice with pretty decor. Rooms are nice and very modern, Live music in the bar area. Hotel was in walking distance to several stores and restaurants. No Free breakfast and there is a $20.00 parking fee. Great location and close to interstate

Pros: Great, walkable location. Clean hotel. Modern, well appointed lobby. Lively, lobby bar with live music on weekends .Comfortable, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Cons: Bathroom outdated. No microwave in room (on 3rd floor). Rooms are not very soundproof. Morning one, the alarm in adjacent room went off at 5am and I could clearly hear it through the walls to the point where it woke me up. Morning two: I can hear the couple in the room next to me having and entire conversation. Everyone seems respectful in the hotel, it’s just that sound really penetrates the doors with adjoining rooms, and I am a very light sleeper. Overall, very nice stay with perfect location. Had trouble getting service from my room for room service and from the front desk, found a small roach crawling around in the bathroom, but otherwise the room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and it was convenient for the event we were attending at the convention center. Pricey for the quality.

When we checked in they told us they didn’t have the king room we reserved. In fact, they told many of our convention colleagues the same thing. When we finally checked in, the bed looked like it’d been slept in and the covers were disheveled. There was no safe in the room, nor a hairdryer( which I found out the next morning while preparing for the day. The carpets were dirty and stained and the walls were extremely thin. You could hear everything from the adjoining rooms. Additionally the convention meals left much to be desired. I would definitely not stay here again.

Lovely rooms. Great amenities. Very friendly staff. Convenient location. Lisa at the front desk was amazingly kind and helpful. Very thoughtful valet staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space in rooms and well designed. Quiet, tranquil outside patio. Tip: We did not have to drive while visiting. The CARTA free shuttle picks up right outside. Lisa helped us navigating & front desk has free bus routes. Drivers were super accommodating to help us get where we needed to go to aquarium or eating establishments. Chattanooga was very hospitable and a lovely place to visit.

The double/queen beds are very small, more of a full sized bed, barely fit 2 adults to sleep! My husband and I ended up sleeping each on a double bed in our room because we felt like sleeping together on one double bed we were going to fall off!
For dinner one night we found a unique bar/restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.
