Staff was very responsive when we asked for missing items like a hair dryer and bath mat. The design of the handicapped shower was lacking -- water gets all over the bathroom. The suite did not have a pan for cooking on the cooktop nor plates. Breakfast is always good, though. Not our first stay here.

Check in was easy. My first room was on a floor that I didn’t prefer but Kathy at the front desk was helpful and resolved it and put me in another room quickly. I stayed in king studio and it was large and spacious. Breakfast was a 3 out 5. Pool area was great also. My only issue was I wasn’t told at check-in that housekeeping only cleanse rooms every 2 days of your stay. But I called the front desk and they did send up clean wash cloths and towels.

We’re glad our room was very spacious. With two little kids space is a requirement. The couch wasn’t comfortable and was hard. The refrigerator was scrubbed with a scouring pad or a wire brush, like maybe someone wrote or drew something on it. The bathroom door had been doodled on in black pen.
The pool was shut down, which we weren’t aware of till we arrived. We paid $14+ to wash and dry two loads of laundry. The detergent and dryer sheets were free though. The walls of the hallway had white stuff on the wallpaper. There was this weird white box on the wall by the bed that we weren’t sure what it was.
Overall it was a good hotel to stay at. It was clean, had modern decor, and spacious for a one bedroom. The appliances worked (we cooked on the stovetop). The refrigerator kept our drinks cold. The water pressure was decent in the shower.

We stayed in room 404 there was a constant drip in tub. The breakfast offerings were average. Staff very friendly & helpful!

Stayed here for just a night on the road. The location is pretty good, and our two-bedroom suite was roomier than a lot of two-bedroom RI's we've stayed in. Everyone was very clean, and the room looked to be recently renovated. The newer renovations leave the rooms pretty dark though, if that's a concern. Breakfast could have been better.

My husband and I stayed at The Residence Inn by Marriott near Hamilton Place in room 525 the night of March 30, 2024. We checked out the next morning but we forgot to pack or charging stand for our cell phone and Apple Watch. We called as soon as we got home and the lady at the desk stated she would ask housekeeping about it. We never heard back. We continued to call at least twice a day you until Monday where I asked to talk with the manager. I believe he called himself Brett. He took my number. Said the room was occupied. But that he would investigate and call me back soon. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!!! It is clear this business does not care about customer service or return business. Zero stars!!! Would not recommend!!!!!!

As a Platinum Member, I have had the opportunity to stay in great Bonvoy properties in over 20 countries. Great stay in Chattanooga this week with our grandchildren. Our 2 bedroom was perfect! I wanted to give a special shout out to Robin who worked so hard on our breakfast. She was particularly nice to our grandchildren needs. We will stay here again when we return.

This place is terrible do not stay here. First of all we didn't get into our room until 4:30 even though check is 3 pm. The front desk agent was really rude and acted like we arrived early when we arrived at 3:15 pm. Once we arrived in the room it was a 2 bedroom with 2 king beds instead of 1 king with 2 double beds as I requested. In addition the sofa bed was filthy it had pet hair and food all in it. I called the front desk to informed them no one never showed up. After an hour and half I had to literally go down to the front desk to say how dirty it was. Once housekeeping came in to clean she even was like eww!! eww! thats how dirty it was. I would not stay here again
