We stayed at this hotel in May 2024 for 2 nights as part of our weekend vacation trip to Chattanooga, TN. The location of the hotel is very good and convenient for all the nearby major attractions such as Lookout Mountain Incline Railway, Ruby Falls and Rock City Garden! However, the quality of the hotel is not up to the mark! The only good thing about our stay at this hotel is the front desk guy named Spencer! I must say that he is really nice guy, super helpful, courteous, gentle, polite and friendly! Upon checking in, bathroom of thr first room that was given to us (King room suite) was dirty and was not at all cleaned. We found patches on the floors in the bathroom as well as inside the toilet bowl! Upon complaining at the front desk, Spencer immediately changed our room which was much better! On the next day morning before going out for sightseeing, we placed a housekeeping request at the front desk to have our room and bathroom cleaned (which they took a note about also). But upon returning in the evening and entering our room, we noticed that absolutely no housekeeping was done! Bed was not prepared, towels were not replaced, bathroom was not cleaned! It was exactly in the same state as it was when we went out in the morning! We had to inform Spencer at the front desk again about it. But as it was already around 9 pm, he could not help in getting it cleaned at that time, instead promised us of rewarding with 3000 reward points. He also gave us fresh towels upon request! Then we found out that the room phone was not working. He tried to fix it but eventually seemed that the connection in the room itself was not working! Not sure whether everything gets checked before handing over the rooms to the guests! Even the elevator was not clean! Highly unsatisfied with the quality of the hotel, its cleanliness, bathroom! The only good part - as stated in the beginning - is Spencer!
