The room was large, clean, spacious and stylish. Minutes from Highway 24. The surrounding area is safe and green, and it is a 5-minute drive from Rock City Gardens and Lookout Mountain.

Would not stay again. Night clerk indifferent and unfamiliar with job. VERY poor maintenance. Vents not attached to wall in bathroom. Shampoo and hand soap not screwed into studs (came off when tried to use), exposed electrical in hallways. Repairs not complete. It was awful.

The Hampton Inn was fine. Room was typical room and clean. Coffee was available all the time. We went to Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain which were close. A shuttle to downtown would be nice. It is very congested and parking is expensive if even available. The best thing was the breakfast. It was excellent! Have to admit if I visit again I would stay downtown.

We loved our short stay! The room was clean and the hot water in the ahower was amazing and never ended. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wonderful variety for us and the kids both. We will certainly stay here again!

Beds were cheap. Metal springs squeaked and squawked when we sat or lay on the bed let alone roll around. Changed to different room and they were no better. Husband had to shove some towels between bed springs and mattress. Clerk seemed perturbed when I asked to move the first time.
