The location is a bit out of downtown really and shady. There were a few panhandling & such, just outside the hotel. The room was okay, in need of minor repairs & reclean. Since we were only staying one night & it’s a super busy weekend, we dealt with it. The blackout shade was very cute but don’t expect it to actually work! No bugs or anything. Smells well kept, sanitized and the staff were great. We did not eat the breakfast so I cannot review it. Would possibly stay again, on a less busy & less expensive weekend!!

The hotel was clean & comfortable. It was conveniently located to attractions. The grounds were well kept. We had a good shower, comfortable bed and friendly staff. The breakfast was fresh and hot. We travel thru Chattanooga often and will definitely be back!

Good price for safe, clean, comfortable room. Bed was super comfortable. The heat/AC unit was quiet and worked well. The tv worked well with basic channels. Minor cosmetic issues such as paint chipped and bathtub caulk. A little dusty in places. Not a deal breaker.

We stayed at a nightmare of a hotel the night before & the cleanliness of this hotel was refreshing!! The professionalism was on point and greeter was very kind! Pamphlets easy accessible providing valuable information. The continental breakfast enjoyable and the coffee was good. They supplied a make up remover wipe in the bathroom (all hotels should do this) so I didn’t have to worry about potentially staining a towel with my mascara removal. Only odd thing is that they charge extra on the deposit for locals within 50 miles. Made us a little concerned about the area.

The bed and pillows are so comfy. The view of Lookout Mountain from 5th floor is great. The breakfast is great and complete, plus 24 hr coffee. Very clean hotel. Cozy and comfortable rooms. Reasonable and inexpensive rates. Courteous friendly staff.

Very friendly staff who were smiling and eager to be helpful. Air conditioning worked great and everything functioned well in the fitness room. The decor is interesting - I liked the industrial style furniture and the photographs of different parts of Chattanooga

Excellent price, great breakfast, friendly staff. Unfortunately someone left their underwear in the drawer and the carpet needs cleaning.
