It's not recommended they are not a great hotel I would not give them my money couldn't even cancel my booking never again

The location is a bit out of downtown really and shady. There were a few panhandling & such, just outside the hotel. The room was okay, in need of minor repairs & reclean. Since we were only staying one night & it’s a super busy weekend, we dealt with it. The blackout shade was very cute but don’t expect it to actually work! No bugs or anything. Smells well kept, sanitized and the staff were great. We did not eat the breakfast so I cannot review it. Would possibly stay again, on a less busy & less expensive weekend!!

I enjoyed our room. It was pretty clean except for the raisin my son picked up out of the floor, other than that it was perfect. I did read some of the reviews after I had already booked the room and seen alot of negative reviews. I was second guessing it honestly, but we got there and it wasn't that bad. The only complaint I have is people slamming doors in the middle of the night, I woke up 3 times but it was only the first night we stayed that it had happened. It was close to the places me and my fiance were going to so that was plus and it wasn't outrageous to stay either.

Great location. Clean but pillows are not great. The door to our room scrapped the floor when you opened it and closed it. It was difficult to get open at times. It was very loud and we always felt bad hoping to not wake others up when it was early or late.

Lovely view of the pool. I really enjoyed the well manicured lawn, and the beds were really comfortable. The staff was extremely professional and polite. Too bad I was only able to stay one night. Definitely will stay here again the next time I stay overnight in chattanooga.

Very upbeat excellent service and staff! The room was excellent, bed was comfortable, water was hot! 👌 100% clean, very accommodating on late check ins! Me and my family will be returning on my next trip that way! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Very nice clean room with walk in shower which was great since I am handicapped. Room was perfect! Very helpful staff! I have stayed in many Hiltons and Marriotts and this was very pleasant! The breakfast was a variety of items and great! Had enough television channels. I liked the balcony view of the swimming pool. I would highly recommend this hotel which also has a reasonable price.
