Staff was friendly, there was broken down cars and torn down shed on property. There was no soap in any of the containers mounted on the shower wall nor the bathroom wall. Room however was very clean though housekeeping never came.

Room quite adequate, but breakfast wad non existent, and the lack of any service wad appalling. Check out was horrible with no one available despite waiting 10 minutes, pounding on the office door, and calling. A follow up call that afternoon said they would,d email a receipt copy, ND still nothing.

Have stayed at this chain before but my experience at this one outdoes the rest. The room was clean, bed was comfy and the staff was super friendly. Missed the free breakfast but they still let me get coffee after it was done. The people running this understand budget traveling.

receptionist was rude and difficult refused to look up my reservation. finally called her management who found my reservation. still gave a lot of kick back even with managers approval. customer service is the worst. would not recommend if you want to check and keep a good attitude because she is sure to make sure your as miserable as her.

Said it slept 5 it didn’t! Breakfast juice didn’t work. No water availability instead. The people just kinda answer your questions with okay or no. Not very helpful or inviting. We have three kids with us and very very disappointed in this choice we made.

Stayed here overnight on our way home for a death in our family. We booked online but still had to wait 30 minutes to get our room o ce we got there. We got to our room and 15 minutes later some stranger walks in our room . They claim front desk gave them our room. Then after they left our door key n3ver worked. The breakfast was some small muffins and coffee. We left something behind in our room when we checked out work almost 1000 dollars. The front desk found it for us but we were in Pennsylvania. They said it's our problem. Then after talking with a manager he said he would take it to the post office or the UPS store and call us so we could pay over the phone to ship it back. 3 days later nothing no phone call. I guess I'm gonna have to drive 700 miles back and pick it up. No one answers the phone when we call back.

Super Clean and wonderful staff. Great price friendly. Accommodating. Breakfast available. Someone’s always at the front desk willing to help in anyway possible. Service animal friendly. Beds and shower clean. Close to downtown. Would Stay here again

well our first room had roaches, our second room had a bad a/c, our third room door would not close and finally our fourth room they got it right. 3 nights 4 rooms. not acceptable. free breakfast was a joke, only water nothing else. everything was broken. only thing that worked was waffle cooker. they said they would send me an email for some kind of compensation but nothing. i would not recommend this place there better-looking hotels within walking distance.

Filthjy carpets in room and hallway, vending maching empty, ice machine out of order, poor breakfast with only 3 items to choose from, juice machine out of order with no other drink options if you did not drink coffee (which was horrible-coffee juice mixed with hot water).
