Hôtel charmant personnel aimable chambre confortable et excellent petit déjeuner, en visite à Chauny pour le travail nous avons passer une nuit reposante, la literie très agréable le calme et les chants des oiseaux au réveil. Bon rapport qualité prix

Positif: Personnel accueillant et disponible.
Lits ok.
Négatif: Arrivé à 21h restaurent fermés.
Chambre datées.
Isolation phonique inexistante (on vie avec le voisin).
Simple vitrage.
Chambre très datées avec meubles décoloré, trous dans le plafond et carrelage manquant.
Pas de mitigeur de douche.
Eau tantôt froids tantôt chaude.
Clefs très simple facile à crocheter.
Odeur de chien.
Très négatif: prix affichés dans la chambre tres en dessous des prix du site !!!

Venue dans cet hôtel pour des raisons professionnelles j'ai été très bien accueillie. Les gérants sont bienveillants et à l'écoute des clients. Ils ont repris l'hôtel il y a quelques mois, du coup les chambres sont refaites au fur et à mesure. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une des chambres rénovées. Elles sont d'ailleurs propres et la literie est bonne. Au niveau de la restauration, la nourriture est simple mais bonne. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je reviendrai car c'est une valeur sûre que j'ai découvert.
