Anniversary break
From the beginning to the end of our stay the staff team were superb. Nothing was too much trouble and every requirement we had was met.
We atè in the restaurant 2 evenings and the foid & service was excellent. My steak on both occasions was very tender.
The grounds were well maintained and were nice to walk around. The only let down was the pond nearest the hotel that seemed to be overflowing and making the nearby ground a quagmire.
We hope to stay again in the future as we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Friendly welcoming hotel
The service and meals were excellent. The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere. If I were to make a criticism it would be that the rooms could do with updating.

Great location but room for improvment
The location was very good and convenient for a local family wedding. The restaurant food was excellent and the staff very friendly. Our bathroom net/curtain had a considerable amount of mold but in general the room was clean, if a little dated. The breakfast service on our last day was very poor with a very long wait for food and a lack of resources to handle the amount of guests.

Good and bad
The hotel staff are all friendly and welcoming. Food was to a very high standard. Parkland also excellent and ideal for a doggy. The rooms were tired and dated and the walls were paper thin. We spent all night listening to next door snoring and moving around on their bed. We must of only had an hours sleep so not ideal.

small room
A really nice place, with friendly staff. Good food great breakfasts. However, I was booked for 4 nights and put into a very small room, which would have been acceptable for one night, but very claustrophobic for more than that. As a single traveler, this is not uncommon. I should be used to it, but feel we are treated poorly by the travel industry as a whole.
The onsuit however was good.
