熱水必須插卡半小時之後才能有，前台也沒有提前告知，回去11點打開沒有熱水。
前台服務態度特別差，晚上11點半孩子特別累，説讓收拾東西帶着孩子到前台重新安排房間（前台和房間根本不是一個樓）還説免費升級，在那裡理直氣壯。
定價不合理，500塊錢的房間大小除了床之外，衹能容納行李箱，一條小小的過道。
浴室特別小，沒有玻璃房洗澡小花灑根本沒法用，一打開都撒到馬桶上了。
早餐最後什麼都沒有了。
還有一點小事，也很不好，看在客服經理的面子上不寫了。
總之一言難盡！

房間很寬敞，設施還可以，衞生還不錯，停車很方便。
酒店裡麪挺大，看着像是個大企業的培訓中心，環境挺好。
餐廳也不小，就是品種不太多，味道一般。而且餐食沒有保温措施，尤其包子等主食，本身上來就不是很熱，盛放的餐盤還不蓋蓋，再加上當地氣温偏低，很快就涼了。希望引起重視，得到改善。

酒店環境很好，園林景觀也不錯，一棟棟小洋房住着挺舒服，工作人員微笑服務，孩子衣服丟在酒店了感謝張芳經理給寄回來了。離火山景區開車十幾分鍾，挺方便的，下次去還住這。

帶着長者和孩子去火山🌋，這家酒店是當地最好的了，確實如此。
酒店位置：佔地面積大，酒店後身有個紅色旅遊小山坡。
酒店環境：很安靜，晚上酒店區域都開裝飾的霓虹燈
酒店屋內：乾淨，設施較新，房間夠大，採光很好
酒店服務：服務態度很好，很及時的解決了個人所需。
