Le personnel est très accueillant et attentionné. La chambre était immense et la literie super confortable. Le spa est très bien également avec piscine intérieure, jacuzzi, hammam et sauna (nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester les soins car séjour d'une seule nuit) mais les produits sentent très bon! Seul bémol : le room service de nuit (nous sommes rentrés vers 1h) . Très long, et surtout très cher (rapport à la quantité) et le von demandé n'était plus disponible (au bout de 30mn) et à été remplacé (avec notre accord) par un plus cher (pas de geste....) Dommage... Mais je recommande tout de meme vivement cet hôtel !!!! Si l'occasion se représentait, j'y retournerais!

Not a 5 star hotel at all. Needs full renovation and upgrade of furniture and decoration in general. Room was spacious however smelly and bathroom full of mildew in the shower area. Bed was comfortable and coffee maker in the room was ok. Overall not a good price for money. Breakfast was horrible and the decor in the dinning room was horrible. Buffet was dirty and not organized at all.
