The hotel did the job, but it appeared very run down, and the rooms had little in them. The service was friendly, and it did have good amenities around.

Room was not ready for check in...we had to wait an hour. The girl at check in told us that there were no double rooms available, what she meant was not cleaned and ready for us. So that needed to be made clearer to us, as sounded as if we didnt HAVE a room. She did updrade our room due to the inconvenience which was good. Club room was very nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Overall the hotel was not very well kept, lots of uncleaned rooms left with doors open and lots of rubbish in the corridors to step over.
Breakfast was nice tho and worth the money.

I had an issue with my room, and I must say that Rahat was very efficient and pleasant with getting everything resolved. He was very helpful. He went above and beyond to get an aggrieved customer satisfied very quickly. I hope he gets the recognition of helping myself and my partner Thanks Rahat

Horrific doesn’t even come close!! We stayed here for one night, as soon as we got out of the lift the smell of dampness was horrible, when we got to our room it was stiffling! After staying for only one night, all our clothes in our suitcases stunk of damp musty smell. I complained and the girl on reception passed it off like she had no idea or never heard it before. I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like it in my life! Avoid like the plague unless you want to come stinking of damp and must! Disgusting

Good hotel smooth check in and good area with lots to do. Lots of staff ready to help you out breakfast is my favourite and good price bar area has games on tv to enjoy while ur having a drink or having food, room was quite warm but so had asked for 2 fans to be put in the room.
