Hotels Near Memorial - the victim of the Iron Curtain in Cheb

Wir waren ein Wochenende hier und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war überall sehr sehr sauber, nettes Personal, was vollkommen ausreichend, teilweise sogar sehr gut deutsch spricht. Unser Zimmer war mit zeitlosen hochwertigen Hotel-Möbeln ausgestattet und auch ohne Minibar war zumindest der Kühlschrank vorhanden, ebenso wie ein Ventilator bei 30 Grad draußen. Selbst ein Mückenschutz war an einem der Fenster angebracht. Es waren neben TV in Landessprache auch mind. 10 deutsche Sender vorhanden. Ein sehr schöner und absolut blitzsauberer Innenpool mit max 1,30m Tiefe und ein warmer Whirlpool sind vorhanden sowie Saunen (für uns nicht interessant, daher nicht besucht) und auf Wunsch kann man für 30 Euro pro Stunde einen privaten Whirlpool buchen. Wir waren jedoch der Meinung, nachdem wir erstmals im Poolbereich waren, dass es den privaten Whirlpool nicht braucht. Das Essen sehr gut und zu guten Preisen, welche wir in DE nicht mehr bekommen, sodass man sich auch locker noch eine der leckeren Vorspeisen oder einen Nachtisch bestellen kann. Das landestypische Frühstücksbuffet war okay, da wir jedoch oft verreisen, würde ich es nicht als grandios oder besonders bezeichnen. Satt wird jeder dort und es ist auch abwechslungsreich. Die Abrechnung hat in jedem Punkt gestimmt - ganz klare Empfehlung des Hotels, zumal es auch ruhig liegt und genug Parkplätze hat. Es kommen Parkplatzkosten hinzu und eine Tourismusabgabe, welche aber wirklich gering sind.

We were very happy to be in this place. We got number 13, London. Excellent decoration, cozy balcony, comfortable bed, room fully equipped: kitchen with cooking pan, teapot, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dish, washing machine, there is tea, sugar and soluble coffee; in the bathroom heat, spacious, Quality towels, there is a vent; safe, smooth board, tug and even umbrella! It is evident that owners are very concerned about the comfort and comfort of visitors. In the room there is a TV with a lot of channels and the possibility to watch, for example, YouTube. It was very nice! They got a great pleasure! It is nice that the staff speaks Russian. It is very valuable that at Watsap are sent more detailed instructions on how to get to them, get to the room, etc. Recommend!

I have stayed in this hotel after number of years. With my wife, we appreciated all changes in the hotel - excellent food, very friendly employees, Nespresso Tea and Coffee at no cost in our room including mineral water daily replenished. Especially. we loved the breakfast and food. Lovely selection of wines. We were really positively surprised.

Die Lage des Hotels ist im Industriegebiet von Marktredwitz. Das ist am Wochenende sicher noch akzeptabel, an der Baustelle nebenan wurde nicht gearbeitet. Die Hochspannungsleitungen führen knapp über/am Hotel vorbei. Kurz, die Umgebung gibt wirklich nichts her. Computer In-Check mittels einer Zimmerkeykarte nicht deutlich beschrieben, man muss es wissen wie es geht ! Das Restaurant hatte am WE geschlossen. Ein Tip der Hotelleitung wo man gut essen kann ging voll daneben - das Lokal hatte Betriebsferien. Unser Zimmer war sauber, aber viel zu warm. Eine Klimaanlage funktionierte bei uns nicht, der Regler brachte keine Ergebnisse. Das Lüften über das Fenster eine Zumutung, man muss auf das Kinderbett steigen um die kleine Lüftungsklappe weit zu öffnen. Ein Insektenschutzgitter gibt es nicht. Zum Glück war die Lage unseres Zimmers ruhig - die Autobahn ist gleich nebenan. Allerdings saßen im Eingangsbereich Frauen (Polen, Ukraine ?) laut plaudernd und immer am rauchen. Einen persönlichen Getränkeservice am Abend gibt es auch nicht. Der Automat im Eingangsbereich gab uns Rätsel auf - welche Zahlenkombination für das gewünschte Getränk ? Wir besorgten uns die Getränke bei EDEKA. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal recht unpersönlich. Der ÜN Preis ist für die gebotene Leistung aus meiner Sicht zu hoch.

The location of the hotel I visited in Marianske Lazne two years ago is average. This time I chose it again. The location is very good. From the station to the door you can take bus number 5. You can tell the driver the name of the hotel. About 6 or 7 stops. There are some good restaurants near the hotel, compared to two years ago, some hotels have started killing customers. There are not many fried fish at a hotel called Cesky Divor, there are not many excursions to the mainland, and it is not indicated in the main tour route map, so I recommend it to everyone.

This is one of the best hotel of this chain in Marianske Lazne. I would like to mention several main areas…. Room…Spa procedures…Eating. Room…We had an executive suite containing two small rooms with balcony and the bathroom. Rooms were nice, but not everything was working properly. Defect on the floor just behind the main entry doors was quite weird and the first impression was quite bad. It was not possible to manage the Air Condition system directly from the room even though there was some remote control unit on walls. This was second bad impression. There is a large TV in both rooms. Bathroom was nice, quite cold without any floor heating. Towel warmer in the bathroom did not work. Another bad impression. Bed was large enough, mattress was comfortable. But what was really horrible are pillows and duvets, sheets and total bedding full of some artificial not comfortable materials. This was really bad. Spa procedures were just perfect. I enjoyed many of them and always I was satisfied. Nothing to add. Just use them. Eating…We had a half board scheme. There was nothing I was missing during breakfast. Quality of all food was just perfect. Dinners were delicious. Buffet form of dinners is something you really enjoy. General conclusion? This was a really good stay. The staff here is really friendly. Atmosphere of the hotel is very positive. There are several details in the room which need some refurbishment, but the overall service, as I felt it, was above high average. Parking…it is possible to park your car here. There are not many parking slots in front of the hotel, so the service must be reserved in advance.
