Check in was not smooth, I think the clerk was new. Noisy room heater, had to use my white noise app to drown it out. But, lovely room and furnishings. Comfortable and convenient location.

When we checked in our first set of keys did not work. This is understandable, but frustrating when it was 10° outside and this is a motel so your room door is exposed to the elements. Once we got inside, we realized they don’t keep the heat on, The room was ice cold. I turned to go move our vehicle and noticed I could see snow coming through under the door. I decided to go to the front desk to complain, and couldn’t get out of our room because the door latch was malfunctioning. This may be a nice place to stay in the summer because of its location, but for 200 a night, things like this are completely unacceptable.Try the Fleetwood

Everything was nice. Would have liked an elevator and an inside entry to our room. It was a cold day with snow blowing, so an inside entry was preferable.
