A cold bathroom with a high step into the shower. Quite a few cobwebs and cracked paint in the bedroom which is badly lit.
Great breakfast with very attentive staff.

Stayed for three nights and and the other reviews are correct. The staff without exception are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Then we come to the food? Oh the food, probably the best fish and chips my wife and I have ever eaten. The chicken is fantastic and as for the breakfast, words fail me. Someone in the kitchen really knows what they are doing and all reasonable priced. If only the weather had been better!

Fantastic weekend stay at The Bath Arms and every member of staff we interacted with were very friendly, a credit to the hotel. Rooms were big, clean and fantastic hearty breakfast. Dinner was 1st class and great value. . Highly recommended

Great stay room warm and comfortable.
Excellent bar and restaurant at sensible prices. Staff were brilliant and obviously well trained.

No issues except our room was freezing cold in the mornings and the bathroom was like an ice box at times,but everything else was lovely

Cannot say enough about the Bath Arms. Welcomed immediately by Jack, who seemed to be bar staff at first but was a bit of Everything. Jack showed us to our room, gave drink recommendations, served us our meal in the dining room, and was extremely approachable and friendly at all times. I would give this place 6 stars if it was an option, purely based on that impeccable service!
The morning staff, especially Linda from Maine, were lovely and accommodating with our meal requirements.
The hotel location is great for exploring the Gorge and caves, and even served as a convenient base for our day trip down to Glastonbury. The room was massive and comfortable. My only regret was not making use of the gorgeous bathtub in our short time there.
Their website mentions noise might be an issue given location, but we stayed mid-week when it was mostly raining so were not disturbed even with the windows open. I would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Booked this outstanding restaurant for daughters 40th birthday celebration. We all had a wonderful time and the food was fabulous. Excellent choices on menu to suit all tastes. Service and hospitality was amazing despite being very busy Sunday. We appreciated all the effort that went into looking after our large party of 19 plus 2 dogs! Thankyou Bath Arms for looking after us all and making us feel very welcome throughout.

Had a lovely three days stay in a great location. Found the hotel to be really comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Food was amazing, especially the freshly cooked breakfast.

Had an amazing evening celebrating my father's 90th birthday. Food service and staff were all excellent. Thank you so much for making our evening so special. We have eaten here on quite a few occasions,every one who came said the food was excellent all a very high standard.
