Hotel was under construction, not mentioned at all prior to arrival. Room was dirty, hot tub was broken, strange smells throughout hotel, wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Kids screaming and adults blasting music on a loud speaker at the pool, no staff said anything to them. Very trashy and not at all relaxing. Bed was very uncomfortable. Might be better when construction is done but would stay away for now.

Hotel was undergoing renovations -one floor was renovated and we were put up on the older floor where rooms looked dated, however they were reasonably clean. If you are planning on taking afternoon siestas, reconsider staying here during the renovations. Intermittent loud drilling and hammering, etc. Breakfast on weekend for some reason had yoghurt whereas on weekdays didn’t. Cold coffee -very disappointing. Front desk staff very helpful.

I had a reservation and call them the night before to let them know I will be arriving after 1:00am due to my flight being delayed, when I arrived they told me they cancel my reservation and charge me for non show, I had to take an uber an sleep at the airport. Please be aware! This never happened to me before at any Hilton or any other Hotel. They have no idea of what customer service is.

I am very surprised at the excellent ratings of this hotel and surprised is in the Hilton family. The people were very nice and they have a nice breakfast spread but the room which was a suite was run down. The bedroom smelled slightly smoke and the carpet was very very old and it looked like it hasn’t been washed for many years….the bed headboard was stained one of the pillows smelled as it hasn’t been upgraded for years etc.

Overall our stay was good. Staff members were friendly, they did ensure we were okay etc.
In terms of comfort, the room was a bit cold. We did call maintenance and they explained that because of the weather, the heat is already on overdrive. Even if we try to increase the temperature on the thermostat, it will never get to the temperature we want. At that point, we realized it was out of everyone's control.
There were some warm bouts, but all we had to do was wear extra layers and my little one didn't seem bothered by the cold.

Had a fun time with my family, the staff checking us in were very clueless and could not do check in smoothly without needing help by additional staff.
The room was good and clean. The pool was great. No other concerns past check in issues

Everything was good except I requested late checkout. I was interrupted by housekeeping and after I stated I requested late checkout she said ok then left. She returned moments later and said we are booked today we can honor late checkout. Which left me scurrying to jump up and pack and leave couldn't even get the little ones washed and dressed properly as we were being tossed out.
