EV charging was available. This is the reason we chose this hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights. Great base for anywhere in Buffalo. Clean room. More than enough closet space. Great kitchen, not that we used it but had a dishwasher and a full size fridge. Good sized pool. Girls on the desk were always helpful. Loved having tea and coffee available 24 hours a day. Breakfast had a pretty good selection. There were a few *******, would have liked a safe in the room. Girls on breakfast duty were appalling at restocking, I went to the kitchen twice to ask for things that had run out to find them sitting down chatting. Ran out of basics like butter 3 days into our trip which didn’t ever make a reappearance. TV was small for the size of the room. Overall a really good stay hence the 4 star rating.

Go at your own expense if you are willing to be treated like trash!. A disaster hotel and worst trip and property. I have been to. Rude, uncaring, unprofessional, insensitive, disrespectful staffs. General manager lack integrity. Yelling and raising voice at customer. Manager, Front line also taking rudely with no reservations. Hanging phone on you while you are still talking and telling me to "call Marriott if not satisfied and you cannot come back to after after taking to Marriott". It ends with Marriott" Definitely A disgrace to the Marriott brand. The staffs don't care about their guests, For complaining about shutting down water for about 4hours, contrary to what the general manager assured that it will only take 1hr became unacceptable to almighty General manager who decided to check me out from a 15 days trip in 3dsys,' in annoyance . I could not talk while he was yelling at me, telling me to let him talk. Denied he even said anything to me. Checked me out without my consent, at will without thinking of the brand image or the reviews that will follow. Staff member arguing with front desk for being asked to clean my room while still in my room. Marriott had to rebook me to another proper nearby. I Forgot my charger in the room and leaving the room and property, called back later it was gone never showed up to the front desk as lost and found. Imagine the GM said to Marriott that I was the only that complained therefore he made his decision to check me out Yelling and telling me "Get out of this property right now. You have been checked out!". What an horrible and unimaginably experience ! There are better properties in the neighborhood that you will have great customer experience not this one I'm afraid. They lack proper training and understanding of a service industry unfortunately. Customer is not King, nor important here. ******Do not Go*****

Excellent time at your hotel. The front desk was one of the major things that made a huge impact on us. Dominick was amazing & such a pleasant, helpful, kind, happy & professional associate. He is great asset to have. Victor was a chip off the block being helpful, great attitude & service. Janeen was very nice & wonderful as well. They all made the hotel experience one of a kind & we will be back & send others. The upkeep at the hotel was up to standard as expected at the great Marriot & we thank you for all of it.

I would visit this hotel again

Great hotel. Shelf under vanity or more shelving in bathroom to give more room for multiple guests in a room to store their toiletries would have made our stay better.
