Hotel was under renovations at the time so I'll give them that. But rooms were dirty, smelled, and didn't seem sanitized. Tried to mask the smell with baby powder smells throughout hallways. No pool. Had a conference room that was convenient but nothing fancy about it. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Nicest thing about hotel was the bar attached that had a good menu and alcohol selection; and you could walk to Denny's and walk to the Speedway for snacks.

This hotel is old and dumpy. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are worse. We booked through the site for 2 nights Tuesday August 16th and Wednesday August 17th; the site quoted $156 for the first nite and $166 for the second night. When we got the bill the first night was charged @ $156.66, the second night there was a charge of $176.38 PLUS an additional Tax Recovery Charge of $165.67 giving us the grand total of $498.71. The air conditioning was set at 68 when we arrived and although we turned it up to 77' it took two days to warm up. We had to ask for additonal blankets and they also brought up a heater. We asked for an additional luggage rack as we each had a suitcase and there was one in the room. I can appreciate it being post Covid and the industry but the sheets were so heavily ?starched, I itched all night. All in all a major disappointment and definitely not worth the money we shelled out to stay there. We have travelled in the US quite a bit and I can honestly say we have NEVER stayed in such a terrible hotel. The misleading advertising on the website as to what the prices are if you if you book direct. Clearly the fees we saw when we booked were not the ones on our final bill. I was never so happy to go home.

We decided to go to Buffalo for a weekend of chicken wings and shopping. Sleep Inn is perfect for that, as Bar-Bill, Duff's, Walden Galleria, and Wegmans are less than 10 minutes away. The hotel was quiet and clean. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious, with 2 double beds and a pull out couch. It was perfect for the 3 of us. The complimentary breakfast included the usual items such as scrambled eggs, potatoes sausages, waffles, fruit, bagels, etc. and the food was always hot. Breakfast was served from 4:30am to 9:30am. The dining area was very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

This property is fairly well maintained and the photos are accurate. The front desk staff was friendly. Overall we were satisfied with the visit……. except for the very smelly pair of socks a previous guest left in the drawer near the bathroom sink… that made us gag (room 318). The only other drawback is that the parking lot was very dark and felt unsafe.

Close to the airport, 24-hour shuttle bus, very convenient! The room is clean! Good breakfast, omelet and homemade snacks son like it! McDonald's is nearby, and eating fast food is also very convenient.

Right away the staff was super friendly and got us to our room quickly. The room was super clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved having the table that we pulled out and ate a nice dinner on, using the dishes and silverware in the kitchen. Nice lighting options for when you want to stay up while your better half sleeps. Curtain between sitting area and bed. Will stay again if we are in the area!

The opposite is the airport, but it takes a lot of laps to go around. Fortunately, the hotel provides a free pick-up and drop-off machine, ready to tip. There is a McDonald's at the entrance of the hotel. You can take a quick meal.

My husband and I were very pleased with this hotel. I’ve traveled extensively around the world and experienced many different hotels from a dump to a top rated. This hotel property was immaculate and quiet, our room was spacious and spotless, beds were comfortable, and staff was courteous and pleasant. It is conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle is available. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Buffalo. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anybody.

Very close to the airport, we were late for the plane that day, arrived at one o'clock in the morning, the hotel shuttle bus has been off work, call the front desk to let us take a taxi, the hotel is reimbursed, there is a taxi at the airport, so it went to the hotel very smoothly, the original Worried about the situation, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and very satisfied. The hotel is in good condition in all aspects, very quiet, the room is a suite, very spacious, the price is not expensive, self-driving is recommended.
