Après avoir fait 5h de route, lors de la récupération des clef, l’employé à l’accueil m’a refusé de me délivré la clef de la chambre étant donné que j’était accompagné d’une personne mineure et que dans les « règle » de l’établissement les mineurs doivent être accompagné de son représentant légal. Sauf que sur le site sur le quel j’ai réservé cette chambre ce n’était pas indiqué, donc je me suis retrouvé a « la rue avec la personne qui m accompagnait ». J’ai donc du payer 20€ supplémentaire chez la concurrence pour pouvoir me loger pour la nuit.
Expérience désastreuse, je déconseille au vu de mon expérience, et de l’amabilité, et propreté des locaux.

2u moeten wachten op kaart voor de kamer. Geen factuur met vermelding van het BTWnr te verkrijgen, kamer stinkt naar sigaretten. Douche en lavabo enkel koud water ter beschikking. Het ontbijt omvat afgebakken broodjes en croissants (welkom in la Douce France met overheerlijke verse baguettes), zonder beleg (enkel boter, confituur en choco te verkrijgen). Zelfs geen bord, noch mes ter beschikking. Alles moet op plateau worden 'klaargemaakt'. Absoluut te vermijden hotel!!!!!

Terrible hotel. We arrived @23.30 and got our key @1.30 They can't even give a bill with VAT number of the customer, even if we asked. The room smells like a sigaret. We only got cold water in the shower (in a tiny bathroom). Your feet are dirty after getting out of the shower because its really dirty. For breakfast they couldn't provide a plate, nor a knife. And you don't even get fresh 'baguettes', neither as meat nor cheese. You can only get jam or chocolate. And only 16 chairs for breakfast, for about 30 double rooms... So avoid this hotel!!!!!

Hotel sporchissimo, lavandini rovinati, pavimento e muri sporchi, abbiamo dormito vestiti! Che dire sarebbe da farlo chiudere per la mancanza di igiene e di servizi! Non sono neanche stati capaci di chiamarmi un taxi la mattina successiva! Sconsigliato al 100%! Esperienza da non ripetere!

Bonjour nous avons pas pris la chambre nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel car le vôtre était sale et rempli de réfugiés ( des femmes avec des ) très brouillent et de plus leur mac vienne et clac sonne pour qu’elle descende à la vue de ça nous sommes partis on demande à être remboursé merci
