The service attitude at the front desk was very poor. We were not given water at check-in. We only found out about the free water when we went to pay for it at the front desk. I bought two bottles of ordinary mineral water for $7! I booked a 4:20 drop-off service in the morning. The clock in the room showed 4:17 and we went downstairs. We were told that we missed the 4:20 bus and had to wait for the next 4:40 bus. We saw the shuttle right at the door and checked that it only takes 4 minutes to get to the airport. The other party refused to take us on board at that time, with the excuse that we couldn't catch the next bus to drop off passengers at 4:40. Very perfunctory.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle took us right to the train station and both drivers we had were wonderful! Breakfast was good, room was clean.
