교통이 많이 불편한 것 빼고는 대체로 양호
코로나 이후 인력난 때문인지, 룸 정리는 3-4일에 한 번
요청하면 수건 갈아주는 등의 서비스는 제공하나
바로바로 해결되는 건 아니라서 재차 요청해야 함

I paid for a room that cost more than the replacement room they put me and my wife in after informing them the shower wont turn on. The guy said he cant move me and that the tech people wont be in til tomorrow and im only here for ONE DAY. He said they’re coming at 12:30 and well by that time I’ll have to be checking out! Talking bout most he can do is gimme 15 dollars off IF I DIDNT SWITCH TO THE room he claimed he didnt have that was a DOWNGRADE FROM WHAT I PAID. Overall i used to love coming here but after that I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Enviaré una reclamación formal a la OCU. Después de reservar con 1 año de antelación, mi familia y yo viajamos a Boston para la graduación de mi hijo mayor. Para nuestro asombro, habiendo recibido emails de confirmación de reserva por parte de ******* un día antes de viajar, nos encontramos el hotel cerrado por reforma. ******* no quiso ayudarnos, me dejaron con 2 niños pequeños y los abuelos, de 73 años, EN LA CALLE en medio de Boston. SHAME ON YOU. Tuvimos que alojarnos a última hora de la noche todos en 2 habitaciones (6 personas) en otro hotel, teniendo que pagar por supuesto un precio más alto. El agente de ******* que nos atendió nos colgó el teléfono dos veces sin ningún tipo de compasión.

I loved how great the room was and the bar was. Jennifer was amazing at the bar. We really enjoyed the time we stayed with her. We also enjoyed Nicole during the day. She was super nice and helpful. I enjoyed my time here. I am a travel nurse and will be her until June. So I look forward to my turn spent here.
