A fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of character, with views of the street. Breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect—peaceful and picturesque, yet close to the main sights. We would love to come back and recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Wifiの電波もモバイル通信も全く届かず、強制デジタルデトックスをさせられ、非常にストレスでした。
ボートンオンザウォーターの中心部に行くと、モバイル通信の電波が届きました。
ホテルではもはや寝るしかないので寝ていたら、人が廊下を歩くだけで、私の部屋も揺れて軋み起こされました、、。
期待していた宿だったので、非常に残念なステイとなりました。

Had a wonderful family celebration at the Mousetrap. The service was friendly and efficient, the food excellent and the atmosphere on an autumnal evening, cosy. Highly recommended.

Lovely quaint cottage type hotel and restaurant. Easy access to the village and Hawkstone Brewery. Rooms are small but beautiful and have everything you need. Parking is tight and could be an issue. We stayed 1 night and breakfast was included, which was lovely. If you want an evening meal, book in advance. Great location 👌.

We stayed in room 1, it was beautifully decorated and had its own little entrance round the back. The bed was very comfortable and the room was the perfect temperature. We came on a sunny weekend and enjoyed a drink in the front garden which was right in the sun it was perfect. We had dinner and breakfast and both were perfect. The staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. I could not fault it, I would recommend and stay again.

Went on a Saturday hoping to have a roast dinner, unfortunately these are only available on a Sunday. Had a very nice meal but was not impressed with the state of the table. These tables with little slits in them are a major problem with dried up food in the ridges. Hopefully they will change these tables for smooth tops,
