Впервые остановились семьей в отеле Алмаз. Очень жаль, что я не знала о нем раньше. Соотношение цена-качество 10/10. Просторные номера, все очень чисто. Завтрак по меню, но очень сытный, богатый выбор. Достойный ответ сетевым отелям по цене ниже.

Начну с общего впечатления. Проживание 5 дней. Первоначально опирался, на общий рейтинг по отзывам, ну и сыграло отсутствие номеров в других отелях. Скажу оценка 5 сильно завышена, или эта 5 полностью соответствует 3 звездам, но тогда это не соответствует стоимости за сутки у меня, был стандарт по 4к в сутки. С хорошего считаю удачное местоположение отеля, такой новый микрорайон рядом с центром и парком, очень удобно. Номер стандарт, но 2х комнатный и на самом деле большой. Персонал отличный. Плюсов много, из большого минуса почему снял 2е звезды: 2_3 раза подряд забывали что положить из шампуней, зубного набора. Первые два дня, на завтраке был растворимый кофе, а из машины уже за плату, потом правда принесли кофе машину. Завтрак в будни шведский стол, выходные по меню. Все вкусно и сытно, разнообразие не много хромает по выбору. А так отель оставил хорошее впечатление

В советское время отель был спортивный, поэтому сейчас в нем также проживает много спортсменов - вполне приличные соседи (не курят с балконов, не пьют в номерах). Жили в двухуровневом семейном номере - большой, всего в номере хватает (полотенец, принадлежностей, халатов, фен), куллер в холле. Кондиционер спасал от жары и ночных выбросов. Кровать огромная. Каналов на ТВ много (есть несколько детских). Санузел достойный. Особенный респект за Меню правильного питания: кукурузная кашка на кокосовом молоке, драники с кабачком на рисовой муке очень нам понравились. Ещё мы попросили нам сварить перепелиных яиц - и нам из сварили. Кстати, мы ходили на завтрак в тапочках из номера - и никто ничего нам не сказал 😀. Заказывали чай и десерты в номер - все принесли быстро. Цена отеля приятно порадовала.

По работе занесло в Челябинск. Решил остановиться в Алмазе. Одноместный стандарт удивил большой площадью, да ещё и огромный балкон. Уборка каждый день! Очень, очень тепло в номере... Открывал балкон на ночь, при том, что на улице +9. Прекрасное место, после рабочего дня - возвращался в номер, как домой. Уют и чистота! Всем советую. Рядом на улице Сони Кривой много кафе, бистро, Пятёрочка 24, и др.

Останавливался в данном отеле в начале февраля 2022. С одной стороны-вежливые и приветливые девушки на ресепшене, качественная и своевременная уборка в номере. С другой-какая-то странная необходимость каждым вечером идти на ресепшен и заполнять опросный лист о завтраке на следующий день. Но, возможно это немного странное для меня проявление сервиса и желания угодить клиенту. Неприятно удивила фраза одного из официантов, когда утром, по прибытию на завтрак в джинсах, рубашке и сандалиях, я услышал в свой адрес : "ещё раз придете в такой обуви-я вас не пущу ". И это не было каким то грязным или неопрятным одеянием. Также минусом была реакция персонала, а точнее её отсутствие, на шум, крики, беготню в позднее время группы подростков - спортсменов, проживавших в отеле.
