Проживали в отеле Меридиан 8 дней в сентябре 2023г. Отель превзошел все ожидания, тот редкий случай когда уровень отеля выше заявленных 3 звезд, и номера, и дизайн, и завтрак, а главное сервис. Приветливый персонал, быстрое разрешение всех вопросов, добросовестная уборка номеров. Хорошее впечатление от работников ресепшена, высокий уровень. Особенно произвела хорошее впечатление администратор на ресепшене Елизавета, пришлось не раз с ней общаться, и всегда она была высокопрофессиональной, тактичной, пунктуальной и исполнительной и очень приятной в общении

Персонал не реагирует на замечания по качеству. После долгого ожидания вопрос так и не был решен. За три дня вся уборка заключалась в том, что один раз застелили постель. Несмотря на табличку "Прошу провести уборку", оставленную на двери, никто так и не прибрался. Оставленные для замены полотенца ни разу не заменили. Пульты от телевизора были сломанные.

Ребята, мы остановились в этой гостинице в конце мая 2022. Нам сразу оч. Понравился холл, оформленный в стиле путешествий. Номера просторные, светлые и оч. Чистые. Завтрак накрывают где-то в подвале и он не очень обилен, но вполне достаточен. Рекомендуем на 100%! Хотя, конечно, вам решать...

Номерной фонд очень старый , грязные обои , старая мебель , текущая сантехника, матрас - чувствуешь каждую пружину , грязный ковролин ,очень неприятный запах в номере . Жила 2-е суток в разных номерах и все одинаково . В первые сутки не работал телевизор , на ресепшн сказали , что ведутся проф работы в районе , но при заселении об этом не предупредили . На следующую ночь тв работал не долго и потом также отключился . Wi-fi только название , по факту интернета нет ( возможно подключиться на доли секунды с очень слабым сигналом ) . Сотовая связь тоже ловит не стабильно , смотря как повезёт и в вашем номере будет хорошо ловить ( это ответ с ресепшн ) . Вода в еле текущем душе чуть тёплая . Единственный положительный момент - это хорошие завтраки и наличие в номере халата и тапочек. Я много раз останавливалась в этом отеле за последние 4 года , номер и сервис меня устраивал , кроме отсутствия шумоизоляции . Но после проведённых здесь неприятных последних ночей , я здесь останавливаться больше не буду .
