Провел 3 ночи в этом отеле. Из них две последние не мог спать из за караоке находящегося этажом ниже , работает оно до утра. Обращался дважды днем на ресепшен с просьбой предложить варианты исправления ситуации и принести извинения, но в ответ получил лаконичный отказ : Мы звонили руководству, указаний и рекомендаций нам не дали. Шикарный бизнес - продать номер, в котором заведомо нельзя проводить ночь. Отвратительный отель, не рекомендую.

Категорически НЕ порекомендую этот отель сегодня! После смены руководства и отдельных руководителей обслуживание никакое! На клиента наплевать, то, что раньше было приятным бонусом - сейчас за деньги, да и ремонт хорошо бы освежить!

Приехали семьей в отель 1 ноября. Был забронирован номер. Ездили в отель постоянно, уже на протяжении 2 лет. Хотели поплавать в бассейне, посетить спа-зону. Но каково было наше разочарование, когда нам сказали, что теперь гости могут там побыть, только 2 часа. Почему об этом нас не предупредили, а ведь позвонили и уточнили есть ли у нас куар коды для посещения! На сайте тоже этой инфы нет. Ведь знают, что многие семьи именно ради этого туда и едут! На мою просьбу, можно ли побыть в бассейне подольше, так как людей там практически не было, нам отказали типо 2 часа и проваливайте, хоть даже там вообще никого не будет. Жаль планировали приезжать зимой каждые выходные, но при таком отношении к гостям, нашли другой отель, где не выгоняют из пустующих бассейнов взашей.

Здравствуйте, уважаемый руководитель Отеля ПаркСити! Я не знаю на каком ресурсе оставить свой отзыв, чтобы он не прошел мимо Вас. Сегодня, 23 декабря, у нас был корпоратив в банкетном зале Фьюжн. Сказать, что я в шоке - это ничего не сказать. У нас был утвержден сбор гостей в 16-30. Мы пришли, нас никто не встретил, столы пустые абсолютно!!! На маленьких столиках только стоят тарелки с кучей непонятных закусок, наваленных будто для свиней! Я, конечно, понимаю, что мы бюджетная организация, но мы не бесплатно у вас поесть попросили, это просто безобразие! С девушкой, банкет-менеджером так чудно все утвердили, мы ждали этого праздника, и что мы получили??? Спасибо Ирине, она взяла ситуацию в свои руки и все исправила, миллион раз извинилась. Мы весь банкет сидели как сироты, персонала в зале от силы 2 человека. Администратор, вроде Полина зовут, разговаривала "черед губу", ей бы с такой манерой общения в регистратуре поликлиники работать, поймать ее нереально, вечно где-то шатается!
