這次入住四天三夜，沒有Housekeeping，但每天我們去前台要毛巾，服務態度挺好的!
房間空調設施不錯！小廚房裡咖啡機，各種杯子齊全。
自助早餐還算豐盛，乾淨，味道不錯！
咖啡☕️24小時供應。

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy and pleasant. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked great. Good safe parking. The breakfast was way better than you expect at a breakfast-included hotel, lots of specials and lots of variety, and lots of seating space.

This property is located in an attractive community and was easy to get to off the main highway. Our room was neat and tidy as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast each morning was good.

Caught after having to refuse our booked lodging on Spring Break, we searched for suitable lodging for 3 nights. Our timing paid off as we arrived at this Best Western not 10 minutes after a cancellation had been done. Amanda at the front desk helped us get settled into a lovely suite that had a 2-element stovetop, a microwave and dishwasher in the room. You could draw the doors closed to the bedroom to provide some quiet if needed. The room was clean and comfortable. Service from all the staff over our 3 nights was excellent, the breakfast included in the room cost was fresh and varied a bit day-to-day, and above all else the cost for the room in this day was quite reasonable. An excellent choice if you're in Chemainus and looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.

We stayed there for a hockey tournament. I know there were multiple teams there. Yhe staff was nice and on top of things only complaint is for someone struggling with stairs the elevator is very slow and lags on the 4th floor. And with kids playing in the elevator it made it worse!. Pool great! Food good! But again obviously a lil busy and i think they werent super prepared to host so many people as alot of things were out by 830. Was a great stay even the minor inconveniences.

This is a lovely well maintained hotel in a quaint location with wonderful staff. The included breakfast is excellent with great variety and crisp bacon! This location is very quiet which is nice. The chairs in the breakfast room have been abused so their support is all gone but that’s easily fixed. Great hotel will return.
