Horrible place dirty , terrible food , very poorly maintained breakfast was only a junk sandwich the staff were not cooperative we were in ground floor rooms and only a wall was our view don’t waste your time at this place

The location is fantastic. The next is the polite staff.Rehan who got the food was very polite and helpful. Our room 304 had a trickle for a shower. A lumpy bed. Water collecting near the drain in the bathroom,fan working on slow speed. Staircase Bannister shaking. The food is terrible! We ordered golden fried prawns. They were fried in a lumpy Batter same with the veg pakodas. Chicken dragon was an apology of some Chinese tasting rubbish. The breakfast is yuck! Oily poories, a pish pash of the Aloo sabzi, oil laden chicken sausages. Stale pineapple in the cut fruit. Stale bread ! Even the staircase leading to the restaurant was not swept. Upon complaining and asking for the ***ager I was told that he is on leave and on other days normally comes at 1 pm. No wonder the sorry state of affairs. If you are happy with ONLY the location, bang on the beach go for it.Otherwise please avoid.

We had taken Premium room. Balcony was L shaped . If we sit in balcony, beach is right in front of you. Sitting in the balcony enjoying sound of the waves and experiencing the breeze is ultimate. Rooms are really good and user friendly and clean .Staff is also good. One drawback is there is beer bar just next to gate. But that didnt affect us, since we didn't go out late night. But we loved the stay and will definately come back again

We, 6 friends, had a get together at Renai Kappad Beach resort. They have beautiful cottages with balconies facing the beach. We enjoyed the food, especially the buffet breakfast. They have some minimal facilities to play badminton, tt, cricket, cycling etc. We enjoyed playing cricket on their lawn and swimming in their well maintained pool. When I forgot some of my clothes there, they even couriered them to my address.
