According to my previous experience with my stay in 4 stars hotels in different cities all around the world, I asked the receptionist to give us tow pairs of Slippers but they refused and said give the negative rate as you wish. I am also got charged extra rather than my invoice from *******.
I guess the receptionists there need more orientation lessons to learn how to deal with customers like me. I am a medical doctor and unfortunately my wife suffers from OCD however we had no issues with our previous stays in another hotels but Congress Hotel in Chemnitz.!!
So disappointed.

Service abends an der Rezeption unfähig. Hat mir Zuviel berechnet und war zu faul mir die Rechnung auszudrucken. Des Weiteren wurde abends bei den liften ausgemalt, kein sonderlich gutes Timing. Frühstück sehr gut, Personal bei Frühstück auch top. Parkgebühren 15€/Nacht definitiv überzogen!

Wir waren zu einer Veranstaltung in der Stadthalle in Chemnitz. Zu diesem Zweck ist das Hotel absolut praktisch. Im Anschluß konnte man einen direkten Zugang vom Veranstaltungsort zum Hotel nutzen und musste daher nicht mehr raus.
Am Hotel gab es nichts aufzusetzen. Ok, das Bett war sehr weich aber das kann man eben nicht jedem recht machen. ;-)
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerade beim Frühstück hatten alle voll zu tun, denn aufgrund der Veranstaltung schien das Hotel gut ausgelastet zu sein. Trotzdem wurden die Tische immer schnell neu eingedeckt und auch am Buffet fehlte es an nichts.
Unterm Strich ist das Hotel nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen aber das war es wert.

Das Gute zu erst, super Lage zur Innenstadt.
Frühstück war auch gut, aber die Zimmer , sehr schlechter Zustand und leider auch schmutzig. Preiß Leistung stimmen nicht.
