Atour Hotel (Chengde Summer Resort) Reviews

The staff automatically upgraded our room. They allowed us for late check up till 4pm the next day which helped us a lot because our high speed train back to Beijing was at 6:40pm. The hotel is located at the back lane of the commercial street 二仙居。we can get taxi easily in front of the hotel. We stayed there during low peak season, we had good service in the hotel. We loved the free supper served at 9:30pm.

Very good location, walking distance from the bi shu shan zhuang, staff was very friendly, they serve tea when you sit in the lobby. Daily cleaning of room. Laundry services with 2 washer and 2 dryers, soap provided. 1 queen. Overall, worth your buck based on location, service and amenities.

I rarely comment. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. As soon as I entered the room, I found that there were long hairs on the bed. The decoration time may be too long. The hotel is shabby and has a strange smell. It is not an exaggeration to say that it is not as good as the express hotel on the roadside. The service is OK, the location is good, and it is very close to the villa, but the decoration and hardware are extremely poor.

I wanted to take my family to the Mountain Resort, and I booked this hotel because it was close to the attractions. Because we arrived early, I wanted to ask if we could check in early so that we could put our luggage. After checking the system, the front desk lady replied that we could check in early, and enthusiastically helped us upgrade the room. The room rate also included breakfast, and the hotel also provided a midnight snack. I felt that I had taken a lot of bargains throughout the trip, and I was in a very good mood (the emotional value was directly pulled up). The hotel is about half an hour away from Chengde South Station by taxi, but the Mountain Resort is a 10-minute walk away, and the Erxianju Night Market is a 3-minute walk away. This location is very convenient to any scenic spot. There is also a shopping center opposite. The hotel's breakfast is also super good, not worse than that of a star hotel. The hotel's breakfast ends at 11 noon, which is especially suitable for older babies who can't get out of bed. They can have breakfast and lunch together. When checking in and out, the hotel also enthusiastically provides mineral water. What I like most is that the sound insulation is very quiet. The shower facilities in this hotel are very good, the water pressure is very strong, and there is no special smell in the room. The room service sister is also very enthusiastic. The high-speed rail from Beijing Chaoyang Station to Chengde takes only 59 minutes, which is in line with the slogan: "So close and so beautiful, go to Hebei on weekends". I have stayed at Atour Hotel three times in the past, and its service quality has left me with a good impression. This time I stayed at Atour Hotel in Chengde, and I once again felt the experience of being at home. Whether it is the front desk, restaurant, or room waiters, they are very dedicated and professional. They treat guests warmly and repeatedly tell us to call if we have anything. They also send two bottles of warm bottled water when we check out. The hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by many shopping malls and restaurants, as well as a lively night market, but the overall environment is quiet. The transportation is very convenient, and you don't even need to use a taxi app. There are taxis waiting outside. The taxi management in Chengde is very standardized. No matter how far you go, you must use the meter when you get on the taxi. The hotel is very close to the Summer Resort. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the main gate of the resort. Because of this, my wife and I visited the resort twice on the 24th and 25th. Finally, the hotel's breakfast is great! ATOUR hotel is located in the central part of the city. The equestrian statue of Emperor Kangxi decorates the square adjacent to the hotel. The summer residence of the Qing emperors is within walking distance. It takes 10-15 minutes by taxi to get to Patala and numerous temples and palaces. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby where you can eat deliciously. Don't miss the Manchurian restaurant where you can try venison and many unusual delicacies. The managers who meet you at the reception are very friendly. Every time you leave the hotel for an excursion, they offer to take bottles of water with you. The room is quite large, minimalist interior - nothing superfluous. There is a lot of storage space, the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need. Very nice tea pairs at the tea reading (see photo), good tea and good coffee. We did not book breakfast. Overall, we are satisfied. .

Although the hotel price was relatively high during the National Day holiday, I still stayed very comfortable and satisfied, 5 points! The location of Atour is very good, a few minutes' walk from the entrance of the Mountain Resort and the airport bus stop, and the surrounding area is very lively and good for shopping. The room is also very quiet and comfortable to sleep in, and the waiter is warm and hospitable. The breakfast is also very rich, but there are too many people during the National Day holiday, which affects the dining experience.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Summer Resort. There is a large shopping mall on the front street where you can buy things and eat. There is also a small night market at the door at night. The back street leads directly to the Summer Resort, which is within walking distance. There are also many small shops around, and there are rich dining options. The hotel is also very clean and sanitary, and the service is very good. I will come again if I have the chance~
