The service was excellent! The front desk staff, especially the lady, was very patient and helpful. The parking lot is super close to the hotel, and they even have breakfast on the second floor. We booked three rooms and they managed to put them all together for us, which was really thoughtful. They also recommended a fantastic noodle place nearby.

The room was clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was very friendly, gentle, and especially patient. After a free upgrade, the room was very quiet, allowing for a great night's sleep. The facilities and amenities were quite complete, and the location was also good, with convenient transportation. It's just a few hundred meters walk to Metro Line 1, making it easy to get anywhere. If I come to Chengdu again in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The environment was clean, and the view from the window was of a quiet residential area. The downside was that the small single room was indeed small; it was more than enough for one person, but two people might feel a bit cramped. Originally, it was only on the first floor, but the staff helped me upgrade to the second floor. The front desk also offered luggage storage, which I could pick up in the evening.

The hotel is conveniently located near Kuanzhai Alley, just a short walk away, with plenty of attractions and dining options nearby, and excellent transportation access. The room layout is well-designed, and the decor is warm, bright, and stylishly simple. All amenities are reliable and of good quality, with 24-hour hot water, and everything is clean and hygienic. The service is excellent, especially the front desk and cleaning staff who are sincere and enthusiastic. I even saw a front desk attendant on duty when I checked out at 5 AM, which was impressive.

This hotel seems to be a bit old. The facilities are a bit run down, with several spots where the wooden floorboards are bulging. My room had a slight odor. Even the elevator was wobbly. There were a few older gentlemen in the next room chatting loudly, and we were worried we wouldn't be able to sleep, so we went back to the front desk and asked the lady there to help us change rooms. In the new room, the hairdryer in the bathroom was broken. I didn't see that there was a new hairdryer outside the bathroom. I went to sleep without drying my hair. Couldn't they at least put a note on the bathroom fan to let us know? I fiddled with the broken one for ages. Doesn't this 7 Days Inn do any inspections? The owner should really renovate. It doesn't feel like it's worth the price.

I booked the rooms for my father and uncle, and they both gave it glowing reviews. The hotel is well-located, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly. In particular, the front desk lady was exceptionally patient and helpful. She assisted us in changing rooms after a booking mistake and, understanding our late high-speed train departure, even arranged a late check-out. Her considerate service was truly appreciated!

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. The complimentary tea at the front desk was excellent, with lemon tea, chrysanthemum tea, and various dried fruits. You could brew your own hot water and add as much rock sugar as you wanted. We got two cups of chrysanthemum tea when we left.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice, and the service was excellent. The room experience was great, the price was reasonable, and it was quiet. I'd definitely choose to stay here again. The location is very convenient, right in the city center near Wenshu Monastery subway station.
