The hotel facilities are impeccable, with both a swimming pool and a gym available. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bedding is so comfortable you won't want to get out of bed. Both the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, and even the smallest bathroom details were meticulously taken care of. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly; check-in and check-out were swift, and they were always helpful and attentive, answering all my questions. The value for money here is truly outstanding. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I will definitely stay here again. Absolutely a five-star rating!

XXingzoudegeThis is the second time I stayed at the Accord Hotel. After leaving a message on the platform, the housekeeping and front desk services are excellent, and children's slippers can be reserved according to demand. The breakfast in the catering department is particularly warm and beautiful, the ingredients are fresh and the quantity and variety are sufficient, and the aunt who cooks noodles is excellent. The only slight regret is that the security guard who directs parking is conscientious but sometimes too rigid in handling guest parking spaces. Only management and rough voices affect the quality of the hotel too much. I hope to educate and guide more. Service is an art, which requires both fulfilling duties and highlighting the quality of the hotel. Increase parking space planning and have a sense of service when guiding guests.
