What a stay! If you had to pick only one hotel in Chengdu, this hotel is hard to beat. It's clean as a whistle with a professional team of staffers working around the clock to ensure it feels like a home away from home. Smelling like late night hot pot? There's a washer and dryer in your room to settle the problem. Don't feel like leaving the room? Make a takeway order and let the robot deliver it to your door. Also, the value of money for a room of this size is a no-brainer. The best bit is: Citadines is a retreat from the crowd at Chunxi Road. It's also a short Didi ride to most places on your agenda too, such as Xipu station towards Dujiangyan. We stayed here for a week, and we could have easily stayed for another month.

The service was absolutely fantastic – so thoughtful, warm, and attentive! This hotel came highly recommended by a colleague, and it certainly lived up to expectations. Breakfast was also excellent. After getting home, I realized I had left some clothes in the wardrobe. The front desk quickly located them and even arranged for them to be couriered to me! Truly amazing service!

The rooms are well-equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, and induction cooktop. The living room and dining area are thoughtfully laid out. The sofa is comfortable, and the dining table is just the right size to accommodate a table full of takeout. There's a good hotpot restaurant nearby. The hotel also provides daily self-service coffee, and when it's hot, they offer lemon water and white fungus soup. I'm very satisfied with my stay here.
