Who knew that the two men had not stopped until more than 5 o'clock in the morning, and I could clearly hear them talking about when to take a shower. 🤣 On the second night, the male visitor left, and two female guests came in the middle of the night. They checked in at more than 4 o'clock, and then they kept talking loudly. The hotel soundproofing is really bad! I didn't sleep well for two consecutive nights. I asked to change the room the next day. There was no room. I arranged a room facing the street. It was small and noisy. They said that it was the best room they were staying in. Alas, it was really speechless. The check-in experience was not good. The front desk service and attitude are OK. They helped solve the problem. The service of the front desk clerk who provided invoice and check-out was also very good. They were very positive and responded quickly. However, I will not consider staying in this hotel again in the future.
