這個價位來説，這個房型環境很划算的，親人朋友都説安逸。窗外是府河，四捨五入河景房，視野不錯。因為環境滿意，所以整體入住體驗我是滿意的。設施美中不足的有這幾個一是沒有全身鏡，明明圖上顯示有的；二還有就是空調確實很給力，但是睡覺這個空調顯示度數有點亮，要是給上樓床邊安個遮光窗簾就好了；三就是洗澡那兒沒地方掛衣服掛毛巾，玻璃門上的扶手把手不是很乾凈。服務的話，不早點説是網上入住…害我被攔在物業前台站了好一會兒無所適從。衹有一點失望的是洗漱杯比較臟，感覺沒有清洗過，和上面説的衞生間扶手把手臟。

房間升級了影音房間，整體很不錯，loft設計，樓下有物業，進門有電梯碼，很安全，環境比較高大上，離18號地鐵線很近，交通很方便，樓下還有不少好吃的，總的來説很棒

昨天幫家裡人在平台上預訂了酒店。結果後續家人反饋辦入住的時候，工作人員搞錯了，把別人交過按金的房間密碼發給了他。結果剛進房間沒多久，就有人來哐哐敲門，質問他“沒交按金怎麼知道密碼的”，還一直大聲喊他名字，搞得像我們做錯了什麼一樣！
本來開正常來住店，結果整得一肚子火。員工業務不熟就算了，態度還這麼差，連基本的禮貌都沒有。酒店缺乏培訓管理，這種服務真的不行，以後不會再來了！！
