The hotel's front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They even went out of their way to arrange our rooms together when my friend and I checked in, which was a lovely touch. Our room had a fantastic view overlooking Wangfujing. The overall cleanliness and environment were spotless, and the facilities were complete, making for a very comfortable stay. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience!

All the facilities are well-equipped; the laundry room and gym were very handy. Breakfast was good too. My room was on a high floor, so the view was really nice. This hotel is right in the heart of Chunxi Road, within walking distance of Taikoo Li and IFS. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views. It's a brand new hotel, opened in 2025, and the rooms come with electric curtains and wireless charging. There's also a 24-hour gym and a complimentary self-service laundry room. The front desk staff provided thoughtful and attentive service.

This time I stayed at the Sheraton in Chengdu and was impressed by the warm and attentive service from the front desk staff – their smiles were truly heartwarming. The weather in Chengdu was wonderfully pleasant; it was so relaxing just sitting in the lobby. The environment is clean and grand, and the hygiene is meticulously maintained. The room facilities are complete and functional, and the bedding is soft. It's super close to Chunxi Road, just a few minutes' walk to the heart of the city center. Everything for dining, entertainment, and shopping is convenient. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel location is excellent, right next to Wangfujing Department Store in the Chunxi Road commercial area, making it very convenient for getting around. It's only a five-minute walk to the subway. The front desk staff provided great service, upgrading my room and extending my check-out time. The room wasn't huge, but I could see IFS and Taikoo Li from the window. Breakfast was decent, with freshly made noodles available, and it ended at 10 AM. Overall, it's a pretty good option for those looking to stay in the city center with easy access to transportation.

It's on a high floor, and our room was on the other side of IFS, so it was very quiet at night. Facilities: It has a smart toilet, but the room itself isn't smart-controlled, and it's not particularly large either. Service: The front desk staff was great. We were two guests, and the platform offered one complimentary breakfast. The front desk attendant helped us get another breakfast during check-in. The breakfast spread was quite extensive. Chengdu is so much fun; I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!

The guest rooms, located on floors 28–43, offer stunning views of either the 339 TV Tower or the vibrant Chunxi Road streetscape. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and guests can choose between soft and firm pillows. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and a body lotion that was so fragrant and pleasant I couldn't resist buying two to take home. Housekeeping is excellent, and the linens are pristine and odor-free. The front desk staff processed my check-in in a swift three minutes. They proactively offered recommendations for local dining and transportation, all with a polite smile. Their responsiveness was impressive; from luggage storage to thoughtful directions after check-out, every detail was meticulously handled.
