Louis Hotel Chengdu

The staff were extremely friendly and did their best to make our experience enjoyable. We had a lot of fun. Our son had his 1st birthday here and the staff decorated the place very beautifully. Even when there were some issues, they promptly came to rescue

Wonderful experience at Louis Hotel! Upon arrival, the staff gave us a free room upgrade, the room and the views from the indoor pool were really therapeutic after a long day of walking. The staff were extremely polite and helpful as well. Overall, a great stay would definitely book again.

The hotel is nice and amazing. They fulfilled my request for our anniversary and we had a great time in Louis hotel! The area is super clean, the service is top notch hands down. Not gonna lie, can you ever find another hotel that gives you latte in the morning, ask for your cleaning preference and ensure that the area is sparkling clean? This hotel definitely ensured that we had the best night to commemorate such an important occasion in our lives. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel in Chengdu. The location was perfect — very central and within walking distance of the pedestrian zones, shops, and many attractions, which made exploring the city extremely convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning it every day. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the huge bathtub in the room, which added a special touch to our trip and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Cool place if you're looking for something a bit different. The staff are great and always there to help. It's inside a different building so it's a little weird to find.

Modern and stylish, the mini pools really stand out and give the rooms a luxurious feel. The customer service was exceptional - the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. They even went out of their way to help my friend locate his lost passport at the airport by making phone calls in Chinese, since none of us spoke the language. The complimentary coffees were a nice touch and surprisingly high quality. The hotel also offers a laundry service (excluding socks and underwear for hygiene reasons), which was very convenient. Overall, I’d 10/10 recommend this hotel. It’s affordable, clean, and in a great location.

At first glance the building itself isn’t the most impressive and we were a bit surprised that the elevator is shared with another hotel and some offices. But once we got to our room our perspective completely changed. The room was unique and thoughtfully designed and the hot tub infinity-style bathtub was an amazing bonus perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day. What truly made this stay exceptional was the service. The staff especially through WeChat were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help us with everything from finding a nail salon for my mom to guiding us on how to get boat tickets for Leshan, to recommending great restaurants. Their responsiveness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. Housekeeping was also excellent. They were very attentive and service-oriented. On top of that, the hotel is in a great central location making it easy to get around and the beds were comfortable. Overall while the exterior might not stand out, the experience, comfort and especially the service make this hotel a decent choice.

Hotel have awesome service and help with many issues that arises when we need help; frombooking takeaway food, providing coffee daily and handling our late night requests. Thanks for providing a cake for me to celebrate my birthday here in Chengdu as well.
